Her Name is Francis. She is a Flower shopkeeper in the famous Rue St. Jaques Road in Paris. She has a beautiful shop with green vines growing on old brick... when you are in her store the fragrance of flower blooms and the fresh crisp air makes you feel like you stepped inside a beautiful garden shed. A flower for your thoughts.... Francis has worn her beautiful cotton apron in three different ways, depending on her mood always tied...down feather heavenly cushion. Her mother purposely spelled her name Wrong as opposed to “Frances” in her era, the feminine equivalent to her name. She wanted her girl to be feminine but strong and confident as a man.
Her cushion is also Heavenly stuffed with down feathers, ties for her sides, and a deconstructed look to die for! She is hand stitched on her corset made of soft Jute, and hammered nails line up her frame. A labor of many house and abundant love.
